Creativ Cashew Cream

Ancho Chile Cashew Cream Tomato Sauce

Serves 4



One 16-oz jar of tomato sauce

1 container Creativ Ancho Chile Cashew Cream

3 cloves garlic

1 tablespoon olive oil

½ cup basil leaves

1 tablespoon oregano

Red pepper flakes



  1. Mince garlic.
  2. Heat oil in a pan under medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and saute until just browned.
  4. Pour sauce into pan and stir.
  5. Mince basil and add it and oregano to sauce.
  6. Stir cashew cream into sauce until thoroughly blended.
  7. Add red pepper and stir.
  8. Reduce heat to simmer.
