4 tablespoons of Creativ Caramel Churro Cashew Cream
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 banana, sliced
2 tablespoons roasted cashews, chopped
2 tablespoons roasted coconut flakes
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of cashew cream on a tortilla.
- Add half the banana slices.
- Top with 1 tablespoon of coconut flakes.
- Grill tortilla in pan until it starts to puff, bubble and lightly brown.
- Fold in half and fry for 30 seconds.
- Flip and fry other side for 30 seconds.
- Top with 1 tablespoon of cashew cream.
- Sprinkle with a teaspoon of cinnamon.
- Repeat with remaining tortilla.
